| Description | Dear Mr. Jacky Chiang, We have received some complain from our Customers. TV volume is changed when they change volume for STB via STB RCU. It looks TV Volume controlled by STB RCU via CEC. TV Model : Sony KDL-46HX750 Sony TV looks to use "Bravia Link". SKB asked us that we can use CEC only for Power control. Is it possible ? BR. | ||||

Hi Jason, The volume control function could be disabled by FW changes. We will remove this function in next FW release. Best Regards, Kerwin |

Hi Mr. Kerwin Chen, Please do form next SW Version. And could you inform which function can control via CEC ? I think that we can control Power Volume Anything else ? |

Hi Mr. Yoon, The list below is what CEC functions are supported on Eagle box Power * One Touch Play: allows devices to switch the TV to use it as the active source when playback starts (STB -> TV) * System Standby: enables users to switch multiple devices to standby mode with the press of one button (TV-> STB) Volume * Volume Control: set TV volume by eagle RCU (STB -> TV) Others * Remote Control Pass Through: allows remote control commands (DPAD keys) to be passed through to other devices within the system (TV -> STB) * Menu Language Set: change system/OSD language ==> already disabled on eagle before r43 release |

hi kerwin this feature is applied in v15.513.3. we will check it with later. This is closed. if it have a problem, I will reopen it. Thanks. |
